My experience-Hurts when I bite down

It hurts when I bite down on the left side of my mouth. This is also the same side my migraines are. Every time I bite down something semi hard, I get a very sharp pain all over my head and a mini migraine is triggered. I have no cavities or cracks on my teeth. This just randomly happened yesterday, and it's continuing today. I'm going to the doctor for a different reason, but I will check up on it, I just wanted to ask if someone experienced this as well.
