My experience-Feeling defeated- lost my job yesterday

I started my job in July as a contract to hire made it known I have migraines and may have to call out occasionally. First month was great no problems, august came and I was getting them almost weekly but only called out out twice that month. September came by and slapped me down probably five call outs. Here we are in October and I had two. I also want to add I had asked my recruiter and my manager if they wanted medical documentation about my migraines and they both said “no you’re okay! Get better! “ Every. Time.

I completely understand needing someone present, there everyday. But it hurt hearing “you learned the job so fast, and excel in everything you do. We have so many compliments from patients about the care they receive from you.”

It just burns knowing I can do a job but I have this dysfunctional brain.
