My experience-Can anyone from Ireland recommend any over the counter medication for migraines that works?

(Or the UK cause I think we've some of the same medications)

What used to work for me was Nurofen Plus (which contains codeine, I swear I wasn't addicted I just used it for severe migraine pain) but I cant get it anymore. I also use Panadol but I've to take THREE for it to even work (which is dangerous I know). I have been prescribed lots of medicines over the years (one was Topamax which was an awful experience) and none seems to work.

Kinda desperate ngl, I don't want to take 3 panadols everytime my migraine acts up. So any suggestions? It would help a lot. Thanks!
