My experience-Anyone else have a migraine like this one?

Ok this is a long one and I apologize. I had a bad cold for a couple weeks with a nasty sinus headache and ear ache. I was getting better and we went to CO Springs (I live below sea level) and we went up pikes peak and I got really sick from the altitude. I came down from the peak and got the weird aura and felt really sick. Woke up the next day with a numb left arm, numb left leg and numb face. I could use my rescue meds and get rid of the headache but it has been 5 days and my leg is still numb around the knee. I am having small headaches that feel like a band around my head but not bad enough to take meds. I got home from my trip and can’t get into the neurologist until Feb and I still feel a little weird, numbness in my face occasionally and some dizziness or just a floating feeling and my ears are popping like congestion. I am scared to death I have had a stoke or MS or some horrible brain tumors. Oh did I mention that I have terrible health anxiety as well. Anyone have any similar symptoms and was it a migraine or something nasty? I have an appt with my neurologist on Feb and I have an email out to them and I am waiting for an MRI order as well.
