Alot of people on here said glycinate made a difference for them but most come in just 200 mg from 2 capsules on top of that, the elemental percentage is 14% sooo… 😐. Then oxide has 60% elemental magnesium which is not bad, but said to have a low absorption rate lol. So are we really actually getting enough magnesium or what lol
