Hi

I was put on 25mg Topiramate for 2 weeks and going up to 50mg on Sat. I’m already on epilepsy drugs (tegretol and vimpat) and newly prescibed rizatriptan too. Definitely feeling various negative side effects on my mood and other stuff, but wanted to see if anyone else experienced the aching, for peace of mind.

I get this severe aching which starts about an hour or two after dose almost exactly like when I’ve come down with bad flu suddenly. I swear my throat feels sore too. It’s really weird. I thought maybe I was maybe getting sick at first but it’s not that.

Did anyone else have this and how long until it went away?
