Anyone know of a way to stop this. I'm currently on aimovig and Ubrelvy but having major difficulty with this and haven't been intimate for almost 2 years now due to the extreme nature of this. It is something I can control, barely, when taking things into my own hands so to speak but not with my wife and has caused major problems for us. I'm 42 and relatively healthy. I did have ACDF surgery back in 2020 that made it worse but it has been progressively worse over the last 20 years.
