My experience-Migraine-friendly activities?

I get migraines about once a week, usually for eating something acidic. I usually stay in a dark, quiet room and maybe pop an exedrin to keep the symptoms at bay. The problem is that waiting all day to feel better, especially because I can’t sleep due to the migraine, bores me out of my mind. I usually end up turning to my phone for a podcast or tiktoks just to stimulate my brain cells until it hurts too much. My hobbies are mostly screen-based, so I have no idea what to do when I’m waiting.

Are there any activities that can be done in the dark? They don’t necessarily have to be quiet. I’ve been thinking of maybe learning hand crocheting and doing it blind, but wanted to ask before buying all that yarn.
