My experience-first time for everything (?)

This evening I had my regular hand numbness and facial tingling. But usually this is a symptom I get after having visual auras. I usually also start projectile vomiting and have a major headache after numbness sets in. A little bit confused because it happened on its own, without any other symptoms. Im currently taking Propranolol and Zolmitriptan nasal spray. Anyone ever have JUST numbness? Don't even have a headache, but still worried. Is this a fluke? Another symptom for underlying illness?
