My experience-Tips for something to give constant pressure to temples?

Hi all, recently found this group and am in the middle of another two day cluster migraine so I apologize if this has been posted or is unclear. I frequently get migraines and cluster headaches. My doctor has me on aleve extra strength for the “not so bad days”, and sumatriptan for the bad days. Neither do much for me. I’ve found that consistent pressure to my temple helps with my cluster migraines, but my hands get tired from pressing onto my temple for long periods of time. I know about migraine hoods, but is there some sort of headband that actually applies direct pressure to your temples? If there is, please recommend me something. I’m desperate.
