My experience-Tiger Balm for Migraines

One thing that I can not go anywhere without is Tiger Balm. This little bottle of magic has really saved me at times. I put a ton of it under my nose and sometimes even inside my nostrils for smell sensitivity during an attack and all over my forehead. To the point where there are tears coming out of my eyes lol because it’s really strong and burns (which is great). Also on the back of my neck and belly button (why the belly button?… my mom says this helps her…and when you suffer from migraines you’re willing to try anything.). Then I drink ice water and get and ice pack on my head. I usually do this at work when my migraine is starting. I’ve been doing this since I was about 12 years old (currently 25yr F). Another thing is massaging your head/forehead/temples with the tiger balm. Like a deep tissue massage but on your head. Then when I finally get home a hot bath/shower is really helpful too. Then bread, rice or oatmeal to take meds! Anyone else use tiger balm like this?! 😅
