My experience-recovering from a brutal 4 day migrain and I feel almost concussed. should i push myself or not?

It was... brutal, to say the least. My head feels like i slammed it into a wall so hard my vision saw spots and I blacked out... only i didn't hit it in any wall, it just feels like that?

My head is nauseous, like the nausea isn't even in my stomacy, it's in my sinus, my eyes... I just feel like shit.

But i missed two days of work last week, but i also physically can't push myself without risking another headache.

Why does migraine suck so much? :( i had a 2 week period with practically no headache (or at least, severe pain) and I just hope my medication is still working...
