My experience-Migraines or is this something more serious?

I had made a post about this already on r/women but reposting it here because I've got a better chance at getting a response of some kind.

I'm gonna keep this brief because I'm not feeling well but basically I've gotten migraines for the past few days regardless if I feel that body is stressed out or not. I've also noticed that despite sleeping I still feel off-balanced almost everyday now, not to mention I occasionally get this brief stabbing pain on both sides of my head. Whenever I lay down on my stomach or rest my hands under my chin I get this pounding feeling in my left ear.

I've search what this could mean but I'm not sure what could be causing it. I've been told that since I've got severe anxiety that's probably what's causing it. I had gotten a CT scan late last month because I was experiencing the same symptoms but to a lesser extent, not to mention my eyes were dilated the night prior so I went to the ER. My results came back normal and I even got blood work done as well which also came back normal.

I'm honestly pissed, sick and tired because since 2020, feeling like shit or like I'm about to die has become the norm for me. Should I just go to the ER again? I already owe them around $400 for the scan so I don't even know what to do anymore. I'm just scared and tired.
