My experience-Migraine Benadryl cure

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my story if it can help anyone.

Since I was a late teenager I started to get severe migraines. Pounding head, vision obscurity, light sensitivity, difficult to talk, and worst of all - diarrhea and vomiting at the same time (not a fun experience).

They put me on imitrex a long time ago but it rarely worked, 50/50 shot and I really did not want to go on a daily pharma med.

After a few times we decided after the 5 hour mark it's hospital time so we did go to the hospital a few times. Last time I was there I realized they gave me a concoction of 3 drugs (benadryl, Zofran, and a pain killer). Ever since then when I get a migraine I take a benadryl and fall asleep. Aborts or corrects it every single time. Migraines are still pretty rare for me. Only about once or twice a year now but benadryl has yet to fail me.

Good luck.
