Migraine overview



A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. My experience-Just found this sub and want to vent my anxieties



I developed migraines about 7-8 years ago. Didn't have the money/insurance to get an MRI so I still haven't. Yet the aura symptoms are getting worse so nowadays when I get a migraine; I immediately think "oh no this is it, I'm gonna die" as well as thinking I have a brain tumor or I'm having a stroke.

The symptoms are so terrifying too, like the vision loss cause of aura, on top of confusion and trouble visualizing things (aphantasia). The symptoms always feel worse too due to anxiety and having panic attacks during them. I thought I was alone in this, but finding this sub has helped show that I'm not.

Migraine Symptoms



Migraines, which have an effect on children and teens as nicely as adults, can development via 4 stages: prodrome, aura, attack and post-drome. Not everyone who has migraines goes through all stages.
