A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. It's often accompanied with the aid of nausea, vomiting, and excessive sensitivity to mild and sound. Migraine assaults can closing for hours to days, and the discomfort can be so excessive that it interferes with your each day activities. For some people, a warning symptom viewed as an air of secrecy takes location until now than or with the headache. I developed migraines about 7-8 years ago. Didn't have the money/insurance to get an MRI so I still haven't. Yet the aura symptoms are getting worse so nowadays when I get a migraine; I immediately think "oh no this is it, I'm gonna die" as well as thinking I have a brain tumor or I'm having a stroke.

The symptoms are so terrifying too, like the vision loss cause of aura, on top of confusion and trouble visualizing things (aphantasia). The symptoms always feel worse too due to anxiety and having panic attacks during them. I thought I was alone in this, but finding this sub has helped show that I'm not.
