An air of secrecy can consist of visible disturbances, such as flashes of mild or blind spots, or different disturbances, such as tingling on one thing of the face or in an arm or leg and concern speaking.

My experience-I get intense pressure in my face and head EVERY time I eat or drink anything

I (26F) have been having this problem for MONTHS, since I was treated with antifungals for a candida infection in the intestines. I wake up feeling fine, but as soon as I start going about my day--specifically eating and drinking) I get intense pressure in my nose/forehead/sinuses and sometimes temples, ears, cheekbones, back of head/neck, top of head, and teeth. My jaw clicks/snaps, my nose runs, and I have a hard time doing anything because the pressure makes it so difficult to focus on anything and think clearly. Sometimes there's a headache (pain) component, and once my right ear completely closed up.

This happens after EVERY SINGLE MEAL, no exceptions, and takes about 4 hours to go away, which is unfortunately about when it's time to eat again, and so it comes back. I've tried many, many different food combinations, including getting a professional, doctor-prescribed food intolerance test and changing my diet accordingly. But this happens as soon as I'm finished eating--not even enough time for the food to have digested at all. It's worse when I drink water after eating, too.

I have a history of migraines and would assume this is related, but none of the medications my neurologist prescribed made a dent (he outright claimed he's not sure if it's migraines either and is just assuming). My migraines also used to be a lot worse, less than a year ago--I could hardly look at anything when they happened because my eyes wouldn't work right--so this is mild in comparison, but constant, which the others weren't. I have no relief whatsoever.

I have other GI issues outside of the candida infection. I've been diagnosed and treated with SIBO, SIFO, and leaky gut, as well as the aforementioned food intolerances. I still have a slight imbalance of gut bacteria, but not enough to qualify as SIBO. My oxalates were also really high in a urine test.

Has anyone else experienced this?
