My experience-Good jobs for migraines?

I currently work in an office Monday to Wednesday and at home Thursday and Friday, I do 9-5 or 8-4 and I do have some flexibility around working from home and finishing early for medical appointments.

However, the job can get a bit stressful at times, the lights are very bright in the office (they've said they could turn them off over my desk, I said yes they were off for about an hour then turned back on. I was told they were 'turned down' but I saw no difference) and sometimes just the commute plus the stress plus the bright light and white desk get too much and I'm down with a migraine for a few days.

My company only allows 3 separate occasions of sickness per year without triggering a meeting about attendance. I've had 2 meetings this past year and I'm now in a position where I'm not entitled to any sick pay for the next 12 months.

I love what I do in my job but I feel like it's not practical for me, I don't even know where to look for migraine friendly jobs, I can't do tutoring or freelance work as I don't have the skills or qualifications. I'm currently viewing houses with my partner and I'm terrified my migraines are going to cause me to lose my job in future.

Can someone please recommend a job that's easy for people with no experience and is flexible for migraine sufferers?
