My experience-First timer

So Friday night I started having some blurry vision in my left eye that lasted about 30 minutes. I then proceeded to have some tingling in my thumb and tongue on the left side (odd I know). I then got a real bad headache with my neck feeling very tight. I was ultimately checked out at the ED and they gave me a clean bill of health after imaging was done and said I likely had a migraine.

I’m looking for some feedback about what I’m experiencing now from those of you who’ve had migraines. Basically for the last 48 hours I’ve felt very tired, I have like a brain fog, my neck is still tight, but my head doesn’t really hurt anymore. I find myself losing focus and like zoning out. Is this normal? How long does this usually last? It’s making life pretty difficult. Thanks for any feedback!
