My experience-Earplugs for sound oversensitivity

TL;DR What are some good earplugs for sound sensitivity?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for reviews/recommendations. Whenever I get an attack I'm quite sensitive to loud noises, and also for a bunch of hours after the attack ends. Plus, being in noisy environments or where there's loud continuous music can easily be a trigger (sometimes I go to the gym and the music will be louder than usual and I'm always left deciding if my workout is worth it).

Anyway, I'm used to sleeping with construction earplugs but those block out almost everything, so I can't use them in situations when I still want to be aware of my surroundings and hear when people talk to me, so I'm looking for a good pair of earplugs that are specific for people with sound sensitivity.

Rn I'm checking out a brand called loop which makes some really good looking earplugs called "experience pro". Does anyone here have them? Are there other brands/earplugs you'd recommend?
