My experience-Cefaly for migraine (and TMJ pain? also... Relivion)

My doctor wants me to try either Cefaly or Relivion for migraine prevention/treatment, so I bought the Cefaly this weekend to try it out/see if it works before trying the pricier Relivion. I'm still waiting for it to arrive, but I wanted to see if anyone in this sub has migraine and also TMD/TMJ-related pain, and has found that the Cefaly helped relax those muscles? From everything I've read on the Cefaly, it seems like it could since TMJ muscles are located near trigeminal nerves. It doesn't seem like there are any definite studies on this, so I'm just curious of anyone who's experienced any relief!

Also, if you've tried the Relivion and loved it... let me know! I like that it seems to stimulate the occipital nerves, which is where I get a lot of pain/tension before my attacks begin.
