I’m struggling with migraines. I got Botox on Wednesday and yesterday was emgality so I’m in a LOT of pain. Anyone know any positive migraine stories they could share? Maybe books or even podcasts?

I’m just in a bad spot pain wise and I need some hope. I’m tired of the you’ll grow out of it speeches. Like it’s been 11 years and they’re worse than when I started. Let’s be real here, I’m probably gonna be stuck with them forever.
