My experience-when should i go to the doctor for an abdominal migraine?

so i usually get abdominal migraines once every other month. they usually last all day, but i’m perfectly fine the next. except this time it got me good

i woke up with one yesterday and i was wiped out for the entire day. the same thing pretty much happened today and i haven’t even eaten breakfast yet because i just feel like it’s gonna come back up. the pain isn’t severe, but it’s very very dull and annoying and i can’t go longer than 7 minutes without my heating pad

should i go to the doctor? nothing really seems to help except for the heating pads, but i live in california and it’s gonna be 92 degrees today
