My experience-Vestibular migraine relief?

I just wrote a novel about my backstory and my phone ate it😭, so here's a much shorter version...

I am in the process of working with a neurologist/opthalmologist/ENT on my (presumed) vestibular migraines, but I am really struggling with a long-term (6 months!) bout and am desperate for some kind of relief. Can anyone recommend home/OTC remedies for vestibular symptoms? It's the vertigo, nausea, fatigue, brain fog and constant "oh sh*t the room is moving" adrenaline jolts that are driving me to madness, but I've got about a dozen other "typical" VM symptoms and at this point it would help to feel like ANYTHING was improving!

Thank you. :)
