My experience-PLEASE help me decide if I should postpone my trip or not!

I want the opinion of other people who experience chronic migraine.

I am supposed to go to Israel for 10 days and I am very concerned about the heat and level of activity (group planned and operated so I have little control over what I do). If I feel really bad I can stay in the hotel or on a bus during an activity but I don’t want to have to do that.

My migraines have gotten MUCH better and I’m so thankful but I am going to be on my period AND in constant heat—two of my biggest triggers. Ubrelvy works super well for me but I’m worried it can only do so much if I’m constantly pushing my boundaries.

I can easily postpone my trip until the winter time when it will be cooler but in that case I will be going only with strangers not with my cousin like I would be next week. I still want to go & have been so excited for it but just don’t want to go and be miserable the whole time. Also don’t want to cancel and let anyone down.

Please give me your input—I really need help deciding.
