Migraine overview
A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. It's often accompanied with the aid of nausea, vomiting, and excessive sensitivity to mild and sound. Migraine assaults can closing for hours to days, and the discomfort can be so excessive that it interferes with your each day activities. My experience-Migrane headaches occuring daily once I started working out
I am a 27 year old who used to have a very bad lifestyle. Pizzas and sodas everyday, processed food and added sugars all the time but I was doing good and I was happy. I started working out a month ago and I started getting migrane headaches. I stopped working out by I still get migrane headaches daily. I regret cutting down junk and going to lift every morning. I finally mustered up the courage to get rid of bad habits and my reward is daily migranes. Life sucks man.
Let me know if anyone could give any advice on how to go about it
