My experience-I'm on Day 8 or 10 and don't know what to do. (Venting/Needing Help)

I'm prone to lengthy migraines (a lot of mine last 3 days and I usually get a week-long one in October for some reason) but even knowing that I'm losing my sh*t with this one. I had another migraine for several days back around 4th of July (loooove fireworks & migraines!) but it eventually buzzed off. But after a bad chronic pain flare-up around the 12th or 14th (it lasted a few days & felt like being in a mild car crash), I've been back in Migraine Land and I am LOSING IT. I was late with my Emgality shot this month and I'm CONVINCED I get migraines at the end of each dose even though it's meant to not be associated with overuse headaches. And I had a menstrual period from my messed up birth control (tired of lo loestrin giving me two periods a month) which worsened things. But I took naproxen (which usually helps w/ menstrual migraine and got my Emgality shot a few days back and THE MIGRAINE IS STILL HERE. My period's over, I've had my Emgality shot, taken multiple Nurtec doses this week (50% effective in general for me), Naproxen didn't budge it, I tried an ibuprofen once and it was useless... I even tried TYLENOL and it WORKED at one point & took my migraine from an 8/10 to a 5/10, so I tried it again the next morning when the migraine was backing off and the migraine GOT WORSE AGAIN?? I'm drinking caffeine because it usually helps and a LOT of fluids & Gatorade which also usually help, while also spending lots of time in the dark & relative cool of my house. I'm popping Zofran every 8 hours to keep the nausea down so I can eat... I feel like I'm doing everything right but nothing is working and I'm at a loss. I have no clue what to do anymore.

My neurologist gave me Ubrelvy to try but I know I can't have it on the same day as Nurtec b/c of the class of drugs. And I have a muscle relaxer but I'm hesitant to try it because I know it might not help and I'm scared of potential new side effects (I've had side effects on a LOT of stuff lol).

I'm not sure if this is a rant/scream into the Internet Abyss or a desperate cry for help. Probably both. If anyone knows what might make this migraine end, please tell me. I'm not sure how much longer I can do this & I'm sure the stress isn't helping.
