My experience-I’m beyond done with this disease

Partially just a rant, partially requesting any and all treatments

Y’all. I’ve been suffering from chronic migraine for over 13 years, and I’m only 23. I’ve been on meds for a couple years, and am currently on 50mg nortriptyline and relying on zolmitriptan for an abortive medication. I have Theraspecs, which have definitely improved my quality of life, but I am still getting at least 4 migraines a week. Last night was probably the worst migraine of my life, to the point that I was near suicidal and couldn’t see or talk. I passed out from the pain and dizziness was constant. My zolmitriptan didn’t do anything for the pain and I genuinely wanted to die. I’m coming here because I know all of you understand where I’m coming from.

I need any and all home remedies, treatments that helped you, and any advice y’all can offer. Are there any major treatments (not botox, didn’t help me at all) that I can look into? I’m beyond tired of this garbage and living with this disease.
