My experience-how long can yours last?

I don't take migraine medication, I was prescribed sumatriptan but I've always been too anxious to take them. I got an eeg and was supposed to get an mri but there was a mix up and I never got it. I have no idea what is wrong with me. For the past 4 days, off and on I've had a headache and right eye pain (never happened before)

Forehead pain, temple pain, ear pain and now I'm nauseous. Nothing is working and I'm getting a little concerned. My anxiety is telling me im going to die. Im on vacation right now. I also got hit in the head with a heeled shoe, maybe I have a concussion? I am prone to headaches but the eye pain is throwing me for a loop. im miserable
