My experience-Stopped wearing glasses, stopped getting migraines.
For years now I've suffered migraines with one sided weakness, aura, aphasia and a host of other symptoms.
I noticed the frequency would increase when it was time for a new eyeglass prescription.
So I stopped wearing glasses entirely. Am I blind? Yes. Is it worth it? Also yes, mostly. I have not had a migraine in a year now, yet my doctor told me that they're not correlated. I feel like refuting that.
I guess if you're a migraineur and wear glasses, at least get them checked?
