My experience-Migraines and allergies..

My seasonal allergies have been getting worse year on year, it's been horrific this week, constant nasal congestion and itchy watery eyes, all bundled together with a constant feeling of migraine symptoms. feels like I can barely breathe, and along with the nausea of the migraine this sucks so much. At least I'm not alone since they friend that told me this is a thing is in the same boat (though I do not wish this upon anyone)

Makes so much more sense now that my migraine problems got worse after age 13. Always thought they were triggered by the summer heat (probably still a factor) and people wonder why summer is my least favourite season. Should probably talk to a doctor about this but my symptoms aren't severe enough to get past that horrible receptionist after spending 45 minutes in the phone queue..
