My experience-how many times can i take sumatriptan in a week?

I know you can get overuse headache if you use too often so ive been trying to only use it when my headaches start increasing in intensity. In the last 7 days i have used it 6 times (100mg tablets). I think its only worked fully once, 2 times it stopped the headaches getting worse and the other times it did nothing or made it worse. Im on 1.5mg pizotifen & 400mg riboflavin a day for prevention.
