My experience-Anyone else dealing with an incompetent doctor!?

For years and years my doctor has known I’ve suffered with migraines since I was very young, literally 4 years old. And they are getting worse and worse as the years go by. Every time I get one I think wow that one was the worst then the next one comes and I think that one was the worst then so on and so on. It’s getting to the point where I just wanna die. I don’t even see the point in living because I’m constantly in pain and if I’m not I spend the rest of the time worried sick about the next attack coming. Any time I get even the slightest tingle in my head or neck it instantly puts me in such a horrible mood. I’m depressed beyond belief because of the suffering. My doctor refuses to acknowledge the pain I’m in. Basically tells me it’s just the way it is, he told me it was because of birth control, I wasn’t taking birth control as a child and I haven’t taken it since 2016. I’m tired of suffering. What do I need to do to get my doctor to wake up and see how badly I’m hurting. He’s never prescribed me anything. He’s done absolutely nothing to try and help. (I’m in Canada if that matters or makes any difference) So what, if anything can be done and where do I start? I’m so done with this! My quality of life is practically inexistent at this point.
All he’s done is tell me what triggers there are, I already know the triggers, how can I do anything when it’s summer and the humidity and rain is my biggest culprit? Canadian healthcare is a joke!
