My experience-Afternoon headaches

Hi everyone I love this group and all the support! I am in line to see a neurologist for the first time in September and honestly September can come quick enough. I’m constantly struggling. When my migraines come on they usually start in the afternoon and then just completely take over the rest of my day, rendering me useless. I’m fed up because I have small children and it’s not fair to them. Has anyone else seen a pattern like this? Why the migraines hit like a freight train later in the day. I’ve only been prescribed elitriptan by my regular GP but it doesn’t help much if at all.

I’ve tried to tie it in with weather, barometric pressure, hormones, etc but I can seem to find a consistent cause. Please help!
