My experience-should i go to the ER?

I’ve had a constant migraine for the past three days that will sometimes get better with medicine but never fully goes away. I’ve also passed out twice in the past two days and almost passed out again multiple times today. Even though the actual headache isn’t as bad at the moment, my whole body feels tingly like TV static. My husband thinks we should go, but I don’t want to go and have nothing be wrong. Should I go?

Edit: I should also mention that I also get extremely nauseous and my vision kinda blurs from time to time.
