My experience-Massage after Botox?

Hi all-

I didn't think about this when scheduling but yesterday I had my botox for migraines, and then today I had physical therapy for some back and chest muscle issues. The PT massaged my head some, and then did some cupping therapy on my back/shoulders. Afterwards I realized maybe I should have avoided that? Anyone have experience with this? I noticed in some after care instructions it says to avoid working out, massage, etc. for 24 hours but I've never been told any of that by a neuro.

edit to add: i did talk to the advice nurse and email my neuro, and my neuro was not worried. just wondering if anyone has had this happen before and had it increase pain, decrease effectiveness, etc.

Thanks!
