Happiness and heaviness

Advice and thoughts about bppv needed please 🙂

Almost a month now since I’ve started physical therapy at my primary care which entails epley maneuvers, and neck and head exercises in office and at home.

I have fixed the crystals in my ears with the maneuvers in office however sometimes I feel worse than I ever did before and sometimes I feel a bit better. The things that are staying around are as followed and can be triggered by actions or just randomly:

Frontal and back of the head headaches ( between eyebrows and a bit above and near back of the neck and above ), head heaviness/pressure, head feeling “asleep” at times, feels like I’m lightly swaying at times, anxiety even while on medication, body feeling heavy on one side or depends, and just that off feeling.

Anyone have any suggestions and advice on how to get through this/what else I should do/what has helped you and how have you seen positive change. I’ve seen alot of negative comments on some of my posts throughout multiple groups and to be honest I’m in dire need of anything positive because at times I feel like I can’t do this anymore.

Thanks.
