My experience-Almost at the point of fully replacing my medication with a supplement

The medication that I am on is called 'Candesartan' and I have been using it for quite some time now. Appearantly I forgot about the fact that I pointed out to my neurologist that it causes cold symptoms for me.

Today she reminded me of that complaint and asked me if that problem still persists. I was very happy of her asking that question, because I totally forgot about that. Now, the interesting part is that she told me that it is actually a common symptom.

I have regularly been suffering from these symptoms and it pretty much feels like a sinus infection. The headache that it causes is even stronger than the pain my migraines give.

In fact, I no longer feel the urge to use a migraine diary because the frequency has dropped immensely. There are a few occassions where I still get a migraine, but it mostly has to do with a certain trigger.

I am looking forward to completely scrap 'Candesartan' out of my life and replace it by a magnesium supplement. I have been using magnesium since the start of this year and it makes me altogether feel so much better! It even makes me feel more happy, maybe because I have ADD?
