My experience-Scalp pain?

23 (Female)

Hello, So I’ve been having this same persistent tenderness and often pain in my scalp (I assume it’s on my scalp and not like in my brain but I’m not sure). It’s right in the back of my head upper area like by my ear but more towards the center. Hopefully I can include a drawing. This spot is always tender, if I put even slight pressure on it it hurts and when i have a headache it becomes much much worse. The spot is also often very warm and I can feel a weird and annoying pressure. But I notice that if I get a headache or migraine it’s exacerbated. Curious if someone knows what this could be or what it could be a symptom of? Thanks.
