A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. I'm 25/F and since I turned 18 I have had random bouts of a hard to describe "pressure" in my head. it feels like a very slight tingling pressure, a slight pressure that I notice more when I turn my head, maybe slight dizziness. Nothing seems to alleviate this pressure, and it does not hurt, it is more of an annoyance/concern. Sometimes it will last a few days or a week. I have found a lot of people relating it to vertigo but the feelings of vertigo don't reqlly align with how the head pressure feels. I believe today was the first time I felt this feeling and shortly after it was relieved BUT in place of a headache in my entire head. I've never had any testing done because of money but so far I have come to the conclusion that it is either:

Sinus/inner ear issues Thyroid issues Some sort of migraine/headache Vision? Vitamin deficiency Allergies Atmospheric pressure sensitivity Something more severe like brain inflammation or a tumor.

I guess I am posting this here to see if anyone else has ever felt anything similar that also suffer from frequent headaches and/or migraines. I know my description is a little vague but it honestly is such a bizarre feeling and hard to describe.
