My experience-Possible triggers? - need advice

I have been having migraines since the beginning of january now, and I have been trying to find a trigger. Ive had migraines my whole life already, but they became less and less the older I got and I didnt have a single one for 2 years. Now they have started again and they are happening more often. When I was younger I had 1 migraine every few months, but now I have quite a few every month. And while they are relatively/ completely painless if I take my ibu early enough, its so annoying and I want to get rid of it.

Idea 1: School and my "friends" both are not really nice and stressing me as shit. The migraines started 2 days before school started again in holiday. BUT I have been feeling like shit for months/years even before the migraines started, so why is it starting only now??

Idea 2: some sort of hormonal changes? I have too much testosterone and im on birth control because of it since 3 years which should help keeping my hormones in balance, but who knows?

Idea 3: Other problems in my head. I have been having some problems with my vision in general every now and then, with f.e. white not staying white and getting darker/multicoloured. Makes it really hard to read sometimes too, and this doesnt have anything to do with my aura too. There is also random fluff floating through my vision sometimes. Happens randomly without my

Idea 4: probably not possible but it was just an idea of me. I started applying a cream into my hoo-haa in january, and a few days later the migraines started. I have been taking the cream the whole time now. Its probably just a coincidence, because I dont think my V has something to do with my migraines??? (still, Im going to test it)

My doctor (went there in january for blood work, nothing unusual) said it was probably stress too bc at that time I also still had my driving school, but that has been gone too now. And when school started after holiday, it was really chill too and I knew it would not be bad at all. Im really unsure of what my triggers could be and I hope someone has some advice for me!
