My experience-Migraines and dehydration?

Obviously it can be a trigger but I'm feeling it could also be a symptom?

I have migraines that last weeks and am just in the end stage of this year's. However, I have noticed that my pee is much stronger (sorry if TMI), my mouth is drier, and I am thirstier than usual.

Recently I have started putting electrolytes in my drinks and it is making me feel so much better with my symptoms.

Any thoughts on this?
