My experience-flying with migrain, ADVISE would be really helpful!

Hello, does anyone have any tips for flying while being a migrain patient? I already get a attack if I travel far by train. This friday I have to travel 2 hours to the airport by public transport and after that I have a flight of 3,5 hours and when I land I still need to drive 2,5 hours to my destination where I sleep.

The problem is that 1,5 weeks ago I traveled by train and got a big panick attack. Because all my medication didn't work, for migrain or being nauseous. And then I got out of the train crying and got picked up by my mom. And now I'm traveling alone and not even by train inside my own country, but even by plain to another country as well. I already traveled 2 times by train last weekend to train myself to get over my anxiety, bit this is a really big step in a really short time after. But I have this big fear now for getting an attack while traveling this friday and not being able to do anything about it.

Things I already prepared:

-Medication for travel sickness, incase I get nauseous.

-Noise canceling headphone to degrade incentives of noise.

-Have my preventive medication and rizatriptan.

-I have two big water bottles I can fill up at the airport.

-I have enough snacks and food so I don't skip a meal.

-Since today I'm drinking more water, to prevent dehydration.

-I have medication for anxiety, incase I get that. (I have a phobia for throwing up, ofcourse :p)

-I'm taking my e-reader and putting some podcasts, lo-fi music and studio Ghibli movies offline.

-I have a powerbank with me so my headphone or mobile/e-reader won't get empty.

Next to that, to lower te stress:

-Already got all my papers (medication) done and printed.

-Made a list for packing for this thursday.

-Did my check-in already online so I don't have to be 2 hours in front of departure at the airport.

So if anyone has any other tips for me, please! Would be really helpfull!

P.s. does anyone know if you can always take your pillow in the airplane next to your hand luggage you take in the airplane.

Edit: grammer
