My experience-Does this sound familiar or am I alone?

M/41, BMI 23. I've been suffering from what I consider a constant dull headache for nearly two years and rarely goes and I best describe it as a fog, a groggy wooziness, as if my head has been shaken for 5 minutes with the initial after effects, or being woken with that disorientation from a deep sleep. I don't fall over, but do feel like I'm on a treadmill, or constantly being sucked through a black hole!

It occasionally mannerfests into a more noticeable headache or very occasionally a isolated pain. I've had two auras in 2 years. No specific area of head.

On its own it is quite challenge to function, but very regularly I get hit with horrible nausea that doesn't result in being sick, but gets close. Combined I'm almost out of action. Nothing seems to help.

I've had an all clear on bloods, all clears on eyes and ears, and my MRI was considered "unremarkable" (love these technical terms!).

As an aside, I get occasional neck and back pain from bad posture, plus some pain in my chest (left) and squeezing on my left arm, but my cardiology reports are all clear too.

I exercise, eat fairly health, never drink alcohol or caffeine nor smoke.

Basically I'm a perfect specimen "medically"!

Both ENT and MRI reports suggest vestibular migraines and my doctor has no clue. My physio says I have a very tight right neck muscle that could be a cause but needs more work.

At a loss where to go from here, standard meds don't help much, and citalopram 10mg made no difference.

Does this all sound familiar or anyone got any pointers. I'm so low, so down, wondering how I live watching my boy grow up not being able to play with him!
