My experience-Diet change after weight loss

Hi, chronic silent migraine sufferer here. In 2014 I lost about 20 pounds by being a vegetarian and cutting calories. But I felt horrible. So I went back to my old diet and started to get frequent migraines that just seem to have went away after a couple months.

Fast forward to now. I lost 20 pounds not by choice because of gallbladder symptoms and removal. Now I’m feeling better and back on my normal diet gaining weight and I feel the same.

Is this a thing? I’m wondering if my bland diets and then introducing things like take out, fast food and unhealthy options might be triggering this?

I get nausea, aura, numbness, fatigue etc.

My doctor scheduled an MRI too. Last time I had lesions due to migraines.
