Migraine overview
A migraine is a headache that can purpose intense throbbing suffering or a pulsing sensation, typically on one facet of the head. It's often accompanied with the aid of nausea, vomiting, and excessive sensitivity to mild and sound. Migraine assaults can closing for hours to days, and the discomfort can be so excessive that it interferes with your each day activities. For some people, a warning symptom viewed as an air of secrecy takes location until now than or with the headache. An air of secrecy can consist of visible disturbances, such as flashes of mild or blind spots, or different disturbances, such as tingling on one thing of the face or in an arm or leg and concern speaking.
My experience-Did I just have a mild migraine?
Apologies in advance, I don't know much about migraines and have only had a few in the past!
Basically at work today as I was in the bathroom, I looked up and then suddenly saw white dots/short lines in my vision going in a circle. It lasted maybe 20 seconds at most and then my left eye had a very dull pain which got stronger as time passed and then the pain grew up to my eyebrow and forehead.
Here is a very bad attempt at drawing what the aura looked like. It was also rotating round in a circle and as it died down there were less dots/lines. (I was sat on the toilet at the time but spared you the image haha)
The migraines I've had in the past have all the the same aura, which is blurred lines somewhere in my vision which last about 20 minutes. This time it was 10-20 seconds and I haven't had a severe headache afterwards, just that ache in the left eye and above the left eyebrow.
Is this a migraine? Am I being anxious for no reason? Thank you!
