My experience-can botox treatment affect menstrual cycles?

hi! so i got my first botox treatment for chronic migraines last wednesday, i was so happy and relieved to be approved because other medications were not working for me. I was supposed to get my period 1-3 days after the treatment (i use an app that tracks it so it tells me when i can expect it to come, it's usually very accurate), but now my period is a week late.

As far as I know, botox shouldnt have any effect on menstrual cycles but I've seen a few comments online here and there about some ppl experiencing issues with their period, but nothing really concrete.

I also definitely feel the need to say that I am not pregnant, I took a pregnancy test yesterday to confirm that. I do plan on taking another test today just to reassure myself.

Has anyone else experienced missed/late periods after getting botox treatment, or anything similar?
