My experience-Nurtec worked twice, then not at all.

Maybe it was wishful thinking/placebo effect? The first one I took made me very nauseous but I didn't get a headache that day or the next. Then I took the second dose while I had a headache and the headache went away. But after that they've done nothing. I've been taking one every other day and if anything have had more headaches than normal (although probably due to other factors in my life right now). This morning I was already getting an ache when I took the Nurtec and it did nothing, I had to take a Naratriptan on top of it and even then I still have a very mild off and on ache.

It's a combination of disappointing and alarming because I've tried almost every practical treatment now. This was the first one that seemed to do anything at all but turns out to be yet another sugar pill.
