My experience-Neurology appointment

After being on the waiting list for months (I live in the UK so NHS waiting times aren’t great) I finally have an appointment with a neurologist after suffering for over a year with frequent and severe migraines. Preventatives and abortives haven’t worked. Any advice on how I should prepare for the appointment , any questions I should be asking or things I should be mentioning?

Thanks in advance :)
