I've chronic migraines so never much of a break, but every so often I get terrible sinus pressure and the migraine I have thats not too painful goes from 0-100 very fast.

10 mins ago my sinus got awfully sore, now my left side of my face, normally it's the right side but oddly today the left side of my jaw feels like it has locked, and is lazy. And the pain is starting to seep in.

Tonight and tomorrow will not be fun, then agyet the worst pain goes I'll be left with exhaustion, absolute fatigue and the normal chronic migraine pain.

So. Much. Fun. (She said sarcastically)
