My experience-Strange symptoms, disoriented couple hours after aura

Had an aura during my walk. Okay, no sweat, it goes away and I feel okay for a couple hours afterwards. Then suddenly I start feeling strange... as in, it's like all these weird thoughts pop into my head... I couldn't even tell you what any of them were, but they were vaguely familiar, like flashbacks or something, except it's like I couldn't control them and I can't recall them either. They didn't make sense in the context of what I was doing. And, specific example, I was looking at my profile and reading my posts/comments, except they didn't look familiar to me... I'm like, I didn't write that... or maybe reddit is glitching and bringing up old posts? idk it was weird. I'm feeling slightly better now but I felt like I was going insane. I have no headache, but feel a bit drowsy. God i fucking hate migraines.
